We know that factors, such as stress, nutrition, relationships, physical health, spirituality, etc, can impact the body and brain in diverse ways. I will work with you to create a plan to support your journey towards enhanced quality of life. We may also explore other relevant lifestyle interventions, such as sleep, stress management, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, etc. My goal is to work together to equip you with tools to manage any mental wellness challenges you’re faced with.
