Bio


To me, working towards mental health means working with the whole person by taking into account their emotional, physical, social and spiritual states of well-being. We know that factors, such as stress, nutrition, relationships, physical health, spirituality, etc, can impact the body and brain in diverse ways. I will work with you to create a plan to support your journey towards enhanced quality of life. We may also explore other relevant lifestyle interventions, such as sleep, stress management, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, etc.  My goal is to work together to equip you with tools to manage any mental wellness challenges you’re faced with.

 

Whether managing mental illness or simply taking a proactive approach to your mental well-being, I will work with you to identify strengths that allow you to thrive. We will work together to enable you to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life, to cultivate your potential and enhance your experiences.
